Amsterdam-based media technology and creative technology startups have just a few days left to apply for a place in the Amsterdam Pavilion at Future Tech Ignite, a new startup showcase launching at IBC2026.

The City of Amsterdam is seeking 10 to 12 early-stage companies to exhibit at the pavilion during IBC2026, which takes place at the RAI Amsterdam from 11 to 14 September.

The initiative is designed to connect promising startups with broadcasters, streaming platforms, production companies, technology partners and investors from around the world.

The programme is aimed at startups based in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area that have been founded within the past five years and are developing products for the media, entertainment or creative technology sectors. Areas of interest include AI, cloud-native media workflows, 5G, immersive media, content authenticity and provenance, rights management, and sustainable production technologies.

Selected companies will showcase their innovations in Future Tech Ignite, a new exhibition area dedicated to emerging technology businesses shaping the future of media and entertainment.
