Bury St Edmunds, UK, 8 September 2026: Autoscript, the leading global provider of professional teleprompting solutions, today announced Voice Controller for WinPlus-IP, a new voice-controlled prompting solution that enables presenters to control the movement of their script simply by speaking.
Built on the speech recognition technology behind the fully automated Autoscript Voice solution and integrated with WinPlus-IP prompting software, Voice Controller allows the prompt to respond to the presenter’s delivery without the need for dedicated hand or foot control hardware. This gives presenters greater control over their own pace and allows them to concentrate on delivering the script.
Voice Controller expands Autoscript’s voice prompting options as broadcasters look for more flexible ways to operate within increasingly automated production environments. The system will work wherever audio can be routed, making integration into existing workflows straightforward. By allowing the presenter’s delivery to determine the movement of the script, it provides an effortless alternative to traditional manual scroll control hardware.
Autoscript will introduce its new voice-controlled prompting solution at this year’s IBC show in Amsterdam. Attendees at the event will be among the first to experience demonstrations of the system, with hands-on sessions available throughout the exhibition at Booth 13.A05.
